when windows shuts down in windows 10, it doesn't actually turn off. It normally goes into a hybred sleep fashion where half the things yous had open at exit are saved to hdd and other one-half saved to ram so when you plough pc on again its fast to load.

If yous turn power switch off, information technology flushes the contents of ram significant Win 10 has to take longer to outset upward though if yous have ssd, its not noticeably longer

If you program on doing thsi a lot, you might consider turning off fast boot as then pc will shutdown when you lot turn it off. http://world wide web.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-fast-startup-turn-off-windows-10-a.html

If you see it every now and then, no it'south not a problem. Something happened (mayhap the figurer crashed) which left a flag on the drive saying information technology was "dirty" (all awaiting writes hadn't nevertheless been completed). Windows is checking all the files on the deejay to clean up any stray fragments.

If you run into information technology every time, then yes you have a trouble. Are you past chance turning the figurer off with the power switch, instead of shutting it down via the Kickoff menu?
